What is this?

The last few years have been good here at Relish and we’ve been slowly growing.  We love our current location in Kensington Market, but we started to feel a little crammed in at our current space so last fall we started looking around to for a new pantry to store our growing jar collection. Lucky for us, we found a place just down the road so we can stay in our current hood.  The catch is that it needs quite a bit of work… so we decided to set up this site to document the process. Let’s hope it turns out better for us than it did for our friends Walter and Anna…
